About Dark Sky Isles

Dark Sky Islands is focused on promoting the preservation of dark skies and astro-tourism in the Maldives. Our goal is to educate the public about dark sky conservation, showcase designated dark sky places, and attract tourists interested in stargazing and astronomy. We also manage chapters from different islands and organize the yearly Dark Sky Isle Awards.
